The application period for student admissions for the 2025-2026 academic year is now open. The deadline for submitting applications is from 12th to 26th March 2025, both dates inclusive.
Applications can be collected at the centre or online via the virtual secretary of the Community of Madrid.
For more information, please refer to the Joint Resolution of the Deputy Ministries of Educational Policy and Educational Organisation, which sets out the instructions for participation in the STUDENT ADMISSION process at publicly funded schools offering the Second Cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Special Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, and Baccalaureate in the Community of Madrid for the 2025/2026 academic year.

- Important Dates to keep in mind.
- To submit applications, it is advisable to consult the following “Guide for the Admission Process via the Virtual Secretariat” and the following explanatory video.
- Submission using a “Digital Certificate”
- Submission through the Electronic Identification System “Cl@ve”. The system will collect the following fields: ID number, full name, mobile phone number, email address, password, and security question. Registration is activated by a message sent to the mobile phone, enabling access using ID number and password. This will facilitate access for all new families joining the education system this year.
- If you are unable to access the online process, you may complete the application form in triplicate and submit it to the Centre of your first choice. Application forms can also be collected from the Centre’s office.
