Today, January 30, the students of San Pascual have celebrated the day of peace with different activities in the classroom and in the playground.
We have learned why this day is celebrated, the symbols that represent it, as well as the different characters who fought to achieve peace in the world such as Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther King o Nelson Mandela.
In addition, each student has written what peace means to them and then put it on the “Wall of Peace”, located in the playground.
Later, we were able to enjoy a concert that the sixth grade class of Primary Education performed and, finally, we all sang together a very representative and special song for this day: “Color Esperanza” by Diego Torres.
It has been a very beautiful day in which we have all been in peace and harmony.
