On February 8 and 9, the children put into practice a healthy breakfast that took place in the school dining room. This breakfast consisted of a glass of milk, a slice of bread with olive oil and a piece of fruit.
Previously, doctors Iñaki and Irene have stressed to us the importance of having a good breakfast to start the day with energy.
After enjoying our delicious breakfast, we filled out a questionnaire to see if we had learnt what a healthy breakfast should contain and we have all learnt it to practice it with the family.
