Today has been a great day! Our little San Pascualinos from kindergarten went on a trip to the ice rink in Valdemoro. Once we got on the bus, our adventure began. The journey was fantastic, and we finally arrived at our destination.
Once inside and with our helmets on, we headed to the ice rink, where we enjoyed a free-play psychomotricity session based on movement and spontaneous play. This type of activity allows children to discover and develop their abilities and interests on their own. At the same time, everything they achieve independently gives them great confidence and security in themselves.
At first, the instructors taught us how to move on the ice to build confidence. Then, they brought out the equipment, and that’s when the magic happened. What amazing moments we experienced!
To top off this fantastic day, two figure skaters gave us a wonderful performance. The most magical moment was when the music from Frozen started playing—at that point, they won us all over.
We will never forget this special Valentine’s Day!
