Toletum, Parva urbs, sed bene Munita

We´ve visited the legendary city of Toledo along our partners from the DigitalStorytelling Project involved in the Erasmus+ Project we´re implicated in.

During our visit, we could find out myths and legends from Toledo, in addition to learning its history and customs and touring underground routes, the Cardenal Cisneros Cathedral, Zocodover square and the San Pedro Martir convent, from which Becquer took inspiration so as to write “La leyenda del beso” and even the place in which the prisoner was supposed to be in the Edgar Allan Poe´s tale “The Pit and the Pendulum”

Later, we got onto a touristic train which took us to a viewpoint, from which we could have quite a good sight of the city.

Both pupils and teachers fell in love with this small, although well walled town (Parva urbs, sed bene Munita)
